PATENT INFRINGEMENTS

We wish to bring to your notice that the Bootscraper with Coir Fibre Rods was invented and designed by us and has been registered in Sri Lanka, India, China continental Europe, UK, Taiwan, Australia and most important in the United States of many designs patented for the categories of Scraper Mats and Pet Scrapers as well.

We attach singular importance to our aforesaid Intellectual Property rights and action will be taken against any party who violates our rights.

It has been brought to our notice that there are counterfeit Bootscraper Mats/Pet Scrapers. Importers of such articles to be cautious with regard to the owner of the Patent/Design Patents.

We have instituted action against many importers in the past in the U.S.A., Germany, China, Taiwan, U.K. France and all the said infringements has been concluded successfully in our favour.

Recently we have become aware of counterfeit products made available in a super market chain in the U.K. by some of the manufactures and importers and we were successful in getting Court orders in our favour and destroying the said goods.

Action has been instituted and are pending against
